Notice is hereby given that by
virtue of an Order of Sale issued to
me by the Clerk of the District
Court of Holt county, Nebraska, in
an action pending in, said Court
wherein The Federal Land Bank of
Omaha, a Corporation, is plaintiff
and William E. Gaffney and others,
(this being case No. 12940) are de
fendants, I will sell to the highest
bidder for cash at the front door
of the court house in O’NeiH, Ne
braska, on the 23rd day of Decem
ber, 1935, at 10 o'clock A. M., the
following described premises in

found due plaintiff and, interest
thereon and $70.51 costs of suit and
accruing costs.

appearing to the Court from said
petition that there is not a suffici
ent amount of personal property in
the possession of the said R. H.
Harris, Administrator, belonging
to said estate, to pay said debts,
fees, allowances and costs and that
it is necessary to sell said real
estate above described for the pay
ment of said debts, fees, allow
ances and costs.
IT IS, THEREFORE ORDERED
BY THE COURT that all persons
interested in this said estate ap
pear before the District Court of
Holt county, Nebraska, on the 2nd
day of January, A. D., 1936, at the
hour of ten o’clock A. M., to 3how
cause, if airy there be, why a lic
ense should not be granted to the
said R, H. Harris, Administrator
of the Estate of Towr Crowe, De
ceased, to sell the above described
real estate of said decedent to pay
such debts and expenses.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED
that a notice of the time and place
of such hearing be given all per
sons interested in this said estate
by publishing a copy of this Order
once each week for four (4) succes
sive weeks in The Frontier, a legal
newspaper, printed, published and
of general circulation in Holt
county, Nebraska.
