NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS Notice is hereby given that the County of Holt, O’Neill, Nebr., will receive bids for the EXCAVATION for New Court House Building for Holt County to be located on present Court House Square, O’Neill, Nebraska, in accordance with drawing and specifications prepared by John Latenser & Sons, Inc., Architects, 466 Saunders Kennedy Building, Omaha, Nebras ka, these being on file in the office of the County Clerks O’Neill, Ne braska. Bids will be addressed to the undersigned, enclosed and sealed in properly endorsed envelope and filed with him not later than 1:00 P. M., Thursday, December 6, 1936. All drawings and specifications must be returned to the Architects and all bids must be submitted on blank proposals which will be fur nished by the Architects. Each bidder must submit with his proposal a certified check in the sum of 6 per cent of the amount of his bid as a guarantee of good faith and that the bidder will enter into contract for the sum named in his bid, same to be drawn in favor of County of Holt, O’Neill, Nebraska. No bidder may with draw his bid for a period of thirty days after the date set for the opening thereof. The Contractor will be required to furnish a performance bond in an amount equal to 100 per cent of the contract price.
