That it is necessary to sell the real estate heretofore described for the purpose of paying the debts and expenses filed and allowed against this said estate in Missouri and in Nebraska and the cost of paying the expenses of administration in Nebras ka and Missouri and the cost of paying the expense of this proceeding and for the further purpose of paying the bequest to Florence Meyer, as here tofore set forth. IT IS, THEREFORE ORDERED BY THE COURT that all persons in terested in this said estate appear be fore the District Court of Holt county, Nebraska, on the 1st day of July, A. D., 1933, at ten o’clock a. m., to show cause why license should not be granted to F. H.
