dered body in a field outside her

death. Authorities have been un
able to discover any substantial

j Mary A-wheel Plays Safe_
Mary Pickford, who is one of the bicycle advocates of the movie colony

Tragedy of Depression
Mrs. Marian Sullivan is shown with her baby in a Philadelphia hospital
after she had been found on the sidewalk in a street of the Quaker City
where her baby was born. Destitute and homeless the woman had
roamed the streets in search of shelter until she gave birth to the tot in
the small hours of the morning. Merry-makers coming home from a>
dance found her and took her to the hospital.
