Carried. The petition of John F. Storjohann for refund of tax by reason of being assessed in the wrong school district, and also petition of H. B. Finley fob refund of tax for same reason, were read and, on motion by Stein, seconded by James that prayer of petition be granted and that refund warrant in the amount of $7.61 be issued to John F. Storjohann, and a refund warrant in the amount of $34.70 be issued to H. E. Finley and that the amount of this warrant be charged to School District No. 2. Carried. 5:00 P. M.
