The Following Program of Events Has Been arranged For The Day
10:00 A. M.—Grand Parade, Atkinson, Ewing and
O’Neill Bands, school children, Green
Beret Club members, automobiles, etc.
10:30 A. M.—Talk on Roads by R. L. Cochran, State
Engineer.
11:00 A. M.—Foot Races.
12:00 Noon—Free Lunch. Bring your own cups for
Coffee.
1:00 P. M.—Discussion of political events by lead
ing democratic orator.
1:30 P. M.—Boxing Contests.
3:00 P. M.—Football Game, O Neill High School vs.
Bassett High School.
4:30 P. M.—Discussion of the political questions by
Hon. Dwight Griswold, republican
candidate for Governor.
8:00 P. M.—Old Fiddlers Contest, upstairs at the
K. C. Hall.
9:00 P. M.—Old Time Dance, upstairs K. C. Hall.
8:00 P. M.—Tap Dancing Contest, downstairs at
K. C. Hall.
9:00 P. M.—New Time Dance.
In addition to the above there will be 4-H Club
entries and merchandise prizes will be awarded for
the best in the first, second and third year entries in
Clothing, Cooking, Canning and Girls Room.
Similar prizes will be awarded for the best ex
hibits of farm produce, including Grains, Potatoes,
Vegetables, Melons and Fruits.
Cash prizes will be given for the best in the
Grade School work in the School Exhibit.
