tition has been filed in this court on
the 30th day of January, 1930, by
Carl B. Prickitt, alleging that Frank
Duffy died on the 19th day of Febr
uary, 1898, intestate; that at the time
of his death he was a resident and in
habitant of Holt County, Nebraska,
and that he possessed an interest in
the following described real property,
