In the District Court of Holt Coun ty, Nebraska. In the Matter of the Ap plication of Gladys Cleve- ORDER land for Mothers Pension Now, on this 19th day of Novem ber, 1929, this cause came on for hearing upon the petition of Gladys Cleveland for u mother’s pension; on consideration whereof, the Court finds the allegations of the petition to be true, and finds that she is en titled to a mother’s pension. It is, therefore, considered and adjudged by the Court that said Gladys Cleve-! land be, and she is hereby, granted a mother's pension of $15 per month, commencing with the 1st day of No vember, 1929, and to continue for a period of six months. In the Matter of the Ap-] plication of Ella Ferris } ORDER for a Mother’s Pension, j Now, on this 25th day of Novem ber, 1929, this cause came on for hearing on the matter of Ella Ferris for a mother’s pension; and was sub mitted to the Court; the Court being fully advised finds all of the allega tions of the applicant’s petition to be true, and that she is entitled to re ceive a mother’s pension for the per iod of six months, commencing Nov ember 1st, 1929, of $10.00 per month. It is, therefore, considered and ad judged by the Court that the appli cant, Ella Ferris, be, and she hereby is, granted a mother’s pension of $10 per month, commencing November 1, 1929, and continuing for six months from that date. Holt County Board met pursuant to adjournment; all members present. Board called to order by the chair man. Mr. Gillespie appeared before the board in the matter of the renewal of the Compensation policy with the Travelers Insurance Company. On motion the board renewed the policy for compensation with the Travelers Insurance Company. RESOLUTION Whereas, the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City, Mo., and the Omaha branch thereof, desire to change the form of receipt under which such banks hold securities for the protec tion of public monies deposisted in the First National Bank, O’Neill, O’Neill National Bank and the First National Bank, Stuart, and whereas, the banks above named who are the owners of such securities are agree able to the change in the form of such receipt, therefore be it RESOLVED, that the County Clerk he, and he hereby is instructed to forward to the Federal Reserve Banks above named their receipts covering the deposits of securities therein by First National Bank, O’Neill; O’Neill National Bank and the First National Bank, Stuart, for the security of public monies depos ited in such banks by Holt County for the purpose of making a change in the form of such receipt, and for such purpose onlv.
