The dance given by the K. C. club on Tuesday evening was largely at tended. In fact it was said to be the largest attendance ever seen in Em met hall. It was an old time dance and if a vote was taken in the hall we believe it would be in favor of the old dances as people were heard to re mark “ is not this a wonderful dance.” Luncheon of veal sandwitches, pickles, cake and coffee was served and enjoy ed by the large crowd. One hundred and thirty tickets were sold on the floor for the dance and the luncheon brought in a proportionate amount. This proves the success of the dance and accounts for the fact that the crowd hung on the old time music and waited for floor manager James Carney to relunctantly call for “Home, Sweet Home” in the advanced hours of Wed nesday morning. The next dance was announced for November. 11th, and those who will come are promised as good a time but we dare not promise a better time as this would be impos sible. Who said Emmet was dead? Not yet, at least. C A LK INS-T A ItPENNING. RESULTS THAT REMAIN. Are Appreciated by O’Neill People. Thousands who suffer from back ache and kidney complaint have%ried one temedy after another, finding only temporary benefit. This is dis couraging, but there is one kidney medicine that has eavnecl a reputation for lasting results and there is plenty f moot' of its merit right here in TN-'ill. Here is the testimony of one who used Dean’s Pills years ago, and now makes his testimony even stronger. H T. Zimmerman, prop. Cream Sta ton, Main St., says: “My back ached ’optimally day and night. My kid neys acted frequently and my head ’'’hod. I had to get up many times duiing the night to pass the kidney '•"•ctions which were highly colored ”nd burned in passage. I was also dizzy and there were severe pains in the back of my head. Doan’s Pills c ompletely relieved me of the trouble.” AFTER SEVERAL YEARS, Mr. Zimmerman said: “It has been several years since I have had kidney trouble. My case was a bad one but Doan’s completely cured me.” 60c, at all dealers. Foster-Milbum Co., Mfrs., Buffalo, N. Y. (First publication Oct. 23.) LEGAL NOTICE. L. W.
