Pinkerman being first duly sworn deposes and says that he is the owner of Lots 15 and 16, Block 19, Original Town of O’Neill. That he paid taxes for the year 1923 to the amount of $70.51 which taxes he paid under protest tax re ceipt attached. He deposes and says that said tax was excessive in comparison to taxes paid by others in that vicinity who owned like property, that his property was valued at $2775 and should not have been over $2250, which is nearer in comparison with other property of like value, and he prays your honorable body to grant him a refund of $13.36 the amount overpaid by reason of the above over valuation and further de ponent sayeth not. d.
