Roche being first duly sworn deposes and say that I was assessor in Iowa township for the year 1922. And that I erroneously assessed Matilda Falk with Poll tax. Which assessment was erroneous and I pray your Hon. Body to grant to the said Matilda Falk a refund of $2.50 the amount of such erroneous assessment. And further deponent sayeth not. T. S. ROCHE. Board of Supervisors: Dear Sirs: At a special meeting held in the Band Hall at Chambers on March 20, 1923, they balloted on the following question: Shall we vote two mills for two years for Chambers pre cinct to buy the Band Hall. To the Honorable Board of Supervisors of Holt County, Nebraska: We, the undersigned, who either re side upon or own the premises herein after described, respectfully petition your honorable body, to extend the Township boundary line of Atkinson Township, by extending the West Boundary line of Atkinson Township north from the northwest corner of Section 3, Township 30, Range 15, to the Northwest Corner of Section 22, township 31 North, Range 15, thence in an easternly direction along the Section line to the Northwest corner of Section 19, in Township 31, North, Range 14, to include within the pro posed boundary thereof Section 22, Section 23, Section 24, Section 25, Sec tion 26, Section 27, Section 34, Section 35 and Sect^n 36, in Township 31, North, Range 15.
