It Proves That There’s A Way Out
for Many Suffering O’Neill Folks.
Just another report of a case in
O’Neill. Another typical case. Kid
ney ailments relieved in O’Neill with

R. H. Mills carpenter, gave the fol
lowing statement June 21, 1916: “I
gave a statement some time ago tell
ing of my experience with Doan’s
Kidney Pills and since recommending
them I have had no further need of a
kidney remedy. I still have a word
of praise for Doan’s however, because
of the very satisfactory relief they
gave me from backache and lameness
in my back that I had when my kid
neys were in a disordered condition.”
On June 12, 1920, Mr. Mills added:
“It has been ten years since I have
had need of a kidney remedy and I
have been strong and healthful ever
since Doan’s cured me.”

ern Rail-way Company and its assigns
are notified, that on the 29th day of
January, 1923, William G. Beha, Plain
tiff, in an action filed his petition
in the Distrct Court of Holt ^County,
Nebraska, the^object and prayer of
which is to forever-quiet in him the
title in and to the above described
lands and to cancel of record a certain
mortgage given by Ella Brimson and
Husband to The Nebraska Mortgage
and Investment Company on February
19, 1899, which mortgage is recorded
in Book 45 at Page 301 of the Records
of Holt County, Nebraska, and to for
ever enjoin any and all persons from
hereafter setting up or presenting any
claim, interest or title to said land ex
cept the Nebraska Western Rail-way
Corrfpany.
You are further notified that unless
you answer said petition so filed on or
before the fifth day of March, 1923,
the allegations in said petition will be
taken as true, a decree and judgment
thereon rendered as prayed for.

You are hereby notified that a peti
tion has been filed in this Court on the
17th day of January, A. D., 1923, by
James E. Wiley, alleging that Martha
E. Wiley died intestate on the 28th
day of December 1920; that at the
time of her death she was a resident
and inhabitant of Holt County, Ne
braska, and that she was possessed of
the following described real estate
situate in the County of Holt and State
of Nebraska, to-wit: Tfle East Half
of the East Half of Section Ten (10),
Township Thirty-one (31), Range
Nine (9), West?of the Sixth Principal
Meridian; that said petitioner has an
interest in said real estate being an
heir at law of the said Martha E.
Wiley, deceased; said petitioner prays
that a time and place be set for hear
ing on the petition and that notice
thereof be given to all persons inter
ested in said estate both creditors and
heirs; that upon such hearing the
Court enter a decree of heirship and
determine the time of death of said
Martha E. Wiley and adjudge and de
cree that she died possessed of the
real estate above described, and that
the Court find and decree that James
E. Wiley, a son, Emma Ellis, a
daughter, Arthur W. Wiley, a son,
Mary Ferguson, a daughter, and Rob
ert E. Wiley, a son, were the sole sur
viving heirs at law of said Martha E.
Wiley, deceased, and that said real
estate descended to them as such heirs
at law, and that further administra
tion of said estate is dispensed with.
You are therefore notified that a
hearing will be had on said petition in
the qounty Court Room in the city of
O’Neill, Holt County, Nebraska, on the
17th day of February, A. D., 1923, at
ten o’clock a. m. and that if you fail to
