FOR-SHERIFF.
I wish to announce to the voters in
the republican primaries July 18,
1922, that I am a candidate for the
nomination for the office of sheriff of
this county.
I was born and raised in Holt
county and have made it my home all
my life. I was born on a farm near
Chumbers in 1887, and Chambers was
my home until nine years ago when I
eame to O’Neill. For the past seven
years 1 have carried the mail between
O’Neill and Chambers. I also have
been in the automobile business for
the past six years, three years of that
time I was associated with J. J.
Thomas, but the past three years I
have been conducting the business
myself.
I am a married man with a family
of three children. If you want a man
for sheriff that is not afraid to do his
duty, I ask your support at the pri
mary.
