Gentlemen: At the time for making
application for Free High school tui
tion three pupils from Distric tNo.
1814 (which district is situated partly
in Hojt County and partly in Wheeler
County) made application to me for
high school tuition which I granted
and certified to the County Clerk and
he made a levy accordingly.
I have since learned that these pu
pils all reside in Wheeler County
which has a county high school, there
fore, they are not entitled to high
school tuition in Holt County, and I
respectfully ask you to instruct the
County Clerk to strike from the tax
levy of those members of District No.
1814 as live in Holt County the amount
so levied erroneously.

and maintaining a runway for hogs
across the public road running between
the Northeast Quarter of Section 33,

33, in Township 30, Range 14, Holt
County, Nebraska.
Your petitioner agrees to build said
Hog run in strict accordance with the
law, having regard for the public
travel at all times, and also agrees to
maintain and keep same in repair as
long as said runiway remains on said
public road.
