both creditors and heirs; all persons
interested in the estate of Mary Mc
Bride, deceased, both creditors and
heirs; and all persons interested in
the estate of Nora McBride, deceased,
both creditors and heirs are hereby
notified that on September 24, 1920,
Margaret A. Biglin and William J.
Biglin filed a petition in County Court
of Holt County, Nebraska, alleging
that Johanna F. McBride, a resident
of Holt County, Nebraska, died intes
tate on April 29, 1898, being the owner j
of Lot 6 in Block 46 in McCafferty’s i
Addition to O’Neill, Holt County, Ne
braska; that there are no debts
against h«r estate; that she left sur
viving her as her sole heirs at law,
John McBride, her husband and the
following children: Kate McBride,
William F. McBride, Mary Mc
Bride and Nora McBride;' that
petitioners further allege that
Mary McBride, a resident of Salt
Lake County, Utah, died intestate on
March 4, 1903, and that Nora McBride,
a resident of Salt Lake County, Utah,
died intestate on April 21, 1915, being
each the owner of an undivided one
fourth interest in said described
premises; that there are no debts
against their estates; that the sole
heir of each of them is John McBride,
their father; that petitioners are the
owners of said premises. You are
notified that the prayer of the petition
is: “Petitioners pray that the Court
determine the time of the deaths of
Johanna F. McBride, Mary McBride
and Nora McBride; that they died in
testate; shall decree there are no debts
against their estates; and shall decree
who are their heirs and the degree of
kinship and the right of descent of the
