You are hereby notified that on the
20th day of April, 1920, A. Zlotky,
petitioner, filed his petition in the
county Cjourt ox non county, .weDras
ka, in which he alleges that James
Dixon, deceased, died intestate in Holt
county, Nebraska, on the 16th day
of May, 1897, while a bona fide resi
dent and inhabitant of said County
and state; that at the time of his
death he was seized in fee simple of
the following described real estate
in Holt county, Nebraska, to-wti: The
southwest quarter of section twenty
seven (27), tctwnship thirty (30),
range twelve (12), West of the Sixth
Principal Meridian. That the said
James Dixon left surviving as his
sole and only heirs at law and sole
and only persons interested in his said
estate the following named persons
to-wit: Anthony Dixon, his son; Mary
McDermott, his daughter; Nellie
Murphy, his daughter; Bridget Gal
lagher, his daughter; Agnes Heeb,
his daughter; Kate Johnson, his
daughter; Maggie Mulligan, his
daughter, and William Dixon, his son.
Petitioner further alleges that said
deceased left surviving him Bridget
Dixon, his widow, but said Bridget
Dixon departed this life on the 3rd
day of October, 1899, that said Brid
get Dixon had no estate of inheritance
in said real estate and whatever in
terest she had therein was termi
nated by her death.
Petitioner further prays for a de
cree determinig the heirs at law of
said deceased, the right of descent of
said real state and that all claims
against said estate be forever barred
and for any other and further relief
that might be just and equitable.
You are further notified that a hear
ing upon said petition will be had in
the County Court Room in the City
of O’Neill, Nebraska, on the 21st day
of May, A. D. 1920, at the hour of
10 o’clock, A. M. 'when and where you
will show cause if any there be why
the prayer of said petition should
not be granted.

grading between Sections One (1) and
Two (2) and Eleven (11) and Twelve
(12).
The grade to be made 30 feet wide
from ditch to ditch. The depth of the
ditch to be 18 inches deep or better as
the road requires to get a good round
ing grade. All bids must be presented
