Harrington, President of the Holt County Fair Asociation, does hereby certify that for the year 1918 said Holt .County Fair Association has raised and paid into the treasury of said Holt County Fair Asociation, by voluntary subscription for the year 1918, the sum of Fifty-nine lars. To the Honorable Board of Supervisors of Holt County, Nebraska: Now comes the Holt County Fair Association, land respectfully shows to this honorable Board that the Holt County Fair Association for the year 1918, has raised by voluntary sub scription for the year 1916, the sum of fifty-nine dollars, and that the same has been paid into the treasury of said Holt County Fair Association, and that the President of said Holt County Fair Association has duly made and filed with the County Clerk pf Holt county, Nebraska, his certi ficate as required by law; that said Holt County Fair Association there fore makes application and respect fully requests this Honorable Board to order a warrant to be drawn on the general fund of Holt county, Ne braska, in favor of the Preisdent of the Holt County Fair Association for the sum of five cents on each inhabi tant of said county upon a basis of the last vote for the member of con gress in said county, allowing five in habitants to each vote, and that you include said sum in the annual esti mate of expense of Holt county, Ne braska, for the year 1918, and said Holt County Fair Asociation res pectfully Shows that under such an allowance as provided by law, that the Holt County Fair Association, for the year 1918, is entitled to an ap propriation froi* the county of Holt for the sum of $978.76.
