To All Persons Interested in the
Estate of Frank D. Palmer, De
ceased:
You and each of you are hereby
notified that on the 26th day of Sep
tember, A D. 1918, Thomas J. Welsh,
as petitioner, filed a petition in the
County Court of Holt county, Nebras
ka, in the matter of the Estate of
Frank D Palmer, Deceased, the object
and prayer of said petition being to
have the Court, upon the hearing of
said petition, find, adjudge and decree
that said Frank D. Palmer departed
this life intestate more than two
years prior to the commencement of
this action; that at the time of his
death he was a resident of Logan
county,. Colorado, and was seized pos
sessed and the owner in fee simple
of the following described real estate,
situate in Holt county, Nebraska, to
wit: The West Half of the North
west Quarter of Section Seventeen
(17), and the East Half of the
Northeast Quarter of Section Eigh
teen (18), all in Township Twenty
nine (29), Range Thirteen (13), West
of the Sixth Principal Meridian, which
was an estate of inheritance, and to
find, adjudge and decree the names,
ages and residences of the sole heirs
at law of said deceased, and that
said real estate heretofore described
is wholly exempt from attachment,
execution or other mesne process, and
not liable for the payment of the debts
of said Frank D. Palmer, deceased,
and to dispense with regular admin
istration or said estate, and upon the
filing of said petition the Court duly
made an order in the premises, ord
• ering that on the 19th day of October,
1918, at 10 o’clock A. M., all persons
1 interested in said estate shall appear
■ before the County Court of Holt
county, Nebraska, and show cause if
any there be, why the prayer of said
petition should not be granted You
are therefore hereby required to ap
pear in the County Court of Holt
county, Nebraska, at 10 o’clock A. M.,
on the 19th day of October, 1918, and
show cause, if any there be, why the
prayer of the petitioner should not
be granted. .
