will take notice that on the 24th day
of July, 1917, Reverend M. F. Cassidy
filed his petition in the District Court
of Holt County, Nebraska, against
“The Unknown Heirs, devisees, lega
tees and personal representatives of
and all other persons interested in the
estate of Andrew McNamee, deceased,
and The Unknown Claimants of the
East Half of Lot Four, in Block
Twenty-three, in the Original Town of
O’Neill, Holt County, Nebraska, the
object and prayer of which are to have
the plaintiff adjudged and decreed to
be tne absolute owner in fee simple of
the East Half of Lot Four, in Block
Twenty-three, in the Original Town of
O’Neill, Holt County, Nebraska, free
and clear of all adverse claims, in
terests, rights, estate, title and liens
of the defendants and each of them;
and to remove the clouds cast upon
plaintiff’s title by reason of the claims
of the defendants; and to have the
title to said real estate forever
