Notice is hereby given that Sidney

commenced an action in the District

the Northeast Quarter (NE14) of
Section Twenty C20), Township

In his petition the plaintiff states
that the following named defendants,

his wife, Julia A. Porter, widow, Nor

to have, some interest, right, title,

cribed real estate, but the plaintiff
states that none of said defendants
have any interest, ripht, title, estate,
claim or lien of any kind in, to or upon
the above described real estate.
The plaintiff further states that said
defendants claim to have some interest,
right, title, estate, claim or lien in,
to or upon said described real estate,
by virtue of being cestui que trusts
or beneficiaries of a purported trust,
or by virtue of being heirs, devisees,
legatees, personal representatives,
creditors or persons interested in the
estate of David M. McFarland, de

the plaintiff alleges that said defend
ants do not have any interest, right,
title, estate, claim or lien in, to or
upon said described real estate, for
the reason that said defendants have
parted with all their right, title and
interest, or that the plaintiff has ac
quired title by adverse possession, or
that said defendants have been barred
by law from making claim or demand
to said described property.
The object and prayer of plaintiff’s
