creditors of said Deceased will meet
the Executors of said estate, before
me, County Judge of Holt county, Ne
braska, at the County Court room in
said County, on the 19th day of Feb
ruary, 1917, on the 19th day of May,
1917, and on the 20th day of August,
1917, at 10 o’clock A. M. each day, for
the purpose of presenting their claims
for examination, adjustment and al
lowance. Six months, from February
19th, 1917, are allowed for credtiors to
present their claims, and one year for
the Executors to settle said estate
from the 22nd day of January, 1917.
After six months from February 19th,
1917, all claims barred.

You are hereby notified that on the
22nd day of January, A. D., 1917,
James P. Timlin, petitioner, filed his
petition in the Probate Court of Holt
County, Nebraska, in which he al
leges that James Timlin died inte
state at his residence in Jackson, Da
kota County, Nebraska, ‘on the 16th
day of February, 1899, and that he
died seized of the following described
real estate situated in the County of
Holt, and State of Nebraska, to-wit:
The southwest quarter (SW14) of
section fifteen (15), township thirty
(30), north range eleven (11),
west of the 6th P. M., and your
petitioner alleges that he is an heir at
law of the said James Timlin, de
ceased, being a son of said deceased,
and as such inherited an interest in
said described real estate, and that he
is now the owner and holder thereof,
and prays for a decree of Court de
termining the time of the death of the
said deceased, and the heirs at law of
said deceased, and the decree of kin
ship and right of decent of the above
described real estate.
You are further notified that the
hearing upqp said petition will be had
in the County Court room in O’Neill,
Nebraska, on Monday, the 26th day
of February, A. D., 1917, at the hour
of 10 o’clock A. M., when and where
you will show cause, if any there be,
why the prayer of said petition should
not be granted.
