District Court of Holt County, Ne
braska, on a judgment obtained before
R. R. Dickson, Judge of the District
Court of the Fifteenth Judicial District
in and for Holt County, Nebraska, on
the 11th day of July, 1916, in favor of
J. H. Perkins, as Plaintiff, and against
Thomas E. Goodman, and Caroline M.
Goodman, his wife, Thomas Mosier
and Jane Mosier, his wife, real name
unknown, and James B. Ryan, as De
fendants, for the sum of One Thous
and Two Hundred Sixty-Two Dollars,
and No Cents, and costs taxed at
$21.45, and accruing costs, I have
levied upon the following Real Estate
taken as the property of said De
fendants, to satisfy said Order of Sale,
to-wit: The East Half (E14), of the
South East Quarter (SEti), and the
South West Quarter (SWVi) of the
South East Quarter (SE!4), of Sec
tion Twelve (12), Township Twenty
Eight (28), North of Range Twelve
(12), West of the 6th P. M. in Holt
County, Nebraska.
And will offer the same for sale to
the highest bidder for cash, in hand, on
