Catherine Kilmurry, Deceased:
Notice is hereby given that the
creditors of said Deceased will meet
the Executor of said estate, before me
County Judge of Holt county, Ne
braska, at the County Court room in
said County, on the 14th day of May,
1915, on the 14th day of August, 1915,
and on the 16th day of November,
1915, at 10 o’clock A. M. each day, for
the purpose of presenting their claims
for examination, adjustment and al
lowance. Six months, from May 14,
1915, are allowed for creditors to pre
sent their claims, and one year for the
Executor to settle said estate, from
the 9th day of April, 1915. After six
months from May 14, 1915, all claims
barred.
This notice will be published in The
Frontier for four weeks consecutively,
prior to the 14th day of May, 1915.

California, the prayer of said
petitioner being that a day be fixed by
this Court for the purpose of approv
ing and allowing said last will and
testament and causing the same to be
filed and recorded in this office. It is

day of May, A. D., 1915, at 10 o’clock
A. M. be fixed for hearing said petition
when all persons interested in said
matter may appear and show cause
why the prayer of said petition, should
