of Feridnand Krutz et al, petition ask
ing for a public road commencing at
the northwest corner of section 36,
township 27, range 11, west in Holt
county, Nebraska
Having viewed the papers numbered
1 to 12 inclusive now on file in office of
county clerk, and all action in the
matter appearing regular, I move you
that we allow the same as follows, to
wit: Commencing at the northwest
corner of section 36, township 27,
range 11, west in Holt county, Ne
braska, and running thence east on the
section line four miles, to the north
west corner of section 34, township 27,
range 10 west; thence north 121 rods,
thence east 40.00 chains to the angle
in road No. 79; thence east on said
road No. 79 the distance of 40.24
chains and north 9.28 chains (as
shown on road platt in county clerk’s
office) to the one-fourth corner be
tween sections 26 and 27, in township
27, range 10; thence east on the quar
ter section line through the center of
section 26 and 25, of township 27,
range 10, and section 30 and a part
of section 29, township 27, range 9,
and terminating at the intersection of
the quarter section line, with the center
line of road No. 19 which parallels the
F. E. & M. V. R. R. on the south side
of same and there terminates. And
that the county surveyor be hereby in
structed to properly record and plat
the same.

advertised August 13, 1914, which is
as follows, to-wit:
Commencing at station number 4,
and run thence north 15 degrees east
4.00 chains to a point 37.40 chains
south and 10.60 chains west of the
northeast corner of section 36, town
ship 28, range 16, thence north 58
degrees and 4 minutes east 12.30
chains to the east line of the section;
thence north on the section line 31.00
chains to the northeast corner of
above named section 36, township 28,
north range 16, west, and there termi
nate; also, that all of said road as now
exists between the first and last
named points be vacated; also, that
the County surveyor be instructed to
properly record, plat, and enter the
above change on the road books of the
county.
