By virtue of an order of sale,
directed to me from the Clerk of the
District Court of Holt county, Ne
braska, on a judgement obtained be
fore R. R. Dickson, Judge of the Dis
trict Court df the Fifteenth Judicial
District of Holt county, Nebraska,
on the 12th day of December, 1913,
in favor of Mary Libe as plaintiff,
and against Fannie Hewitt DeCamp,
William H. DeCamp, William P.
Mohr, F. W. Woods and Albert House
as defendants, for the sum of Eigh
teen Hundred Nine Dollars, and no
cents, and costs taxed at $33.25 and
accruing costs, I have levied upon the
following real estate taken as the
property of said defendants, to satisfy
said order of sale to-wit:
The South East Quarter (SE(4),
of Section Thirty-Five (35), in
Township Thirty-Three (33), North
of Range Twelve (12), West of the
Sixth Principal Meridian in Holt
county, Nebraska.
And will offer the same for sale to
the highest bidder for cash, in hand
on the 3rd day of August, A. D. 1914,
in front of the Court House in O’Neill,
Holt county, Nebraska, at the hour of
10 o’clock a. m. of said day, when and
where due attendance will be given
by the undersigned.

To whom it may concern: The
commissioner appointed to locate a
road commencing at the Southwest
corner of Section 32, Township 33,
Range 14, in Holt county, running
thence North on the section line (as
near as practical) the distance of Six
miles, has reported as follows, towit:
That the road commence at the
Southwest corner of Section 32, Town
ship 33, North Range 14, West, and
run North on the section line to a
point 29.80 chains North of the South
east corner of Section 19, Township
33, Range 14, West; thence North
45 degrees 30 minutes East, 4.56
chains to the south bank of the Big
Sandy creek; thence North 19 degrees
28 minutes West, 9.76 chains back to
section line; thence North on the sec
tion line to the Southwest corner of
Section 32, Township 34, North Range
14, West and there terminate.
And all objections thereto or claims
for damages must be filed with the
County Clerk’s office on or before
noon of the Tenth day of October, A.
D. 1914, or such road will be granted
and established without reference
thereto.

and Hubbell were appointed as this
committee.

Mr. Chairman: Whereas it has
been brought to the notice of this
board, that there has been erroneous
assessment in the following described
real estate: The west half and the
northeast quarter of section 25, town
ship 26, range 16, being assessed at
$2,880.00. Therefore I move you that
the assessment be changed to read
$2,400.00 on the above described land,
and the county clerk be and hereby is
instructed to change the tax list of
1914 to $2,400.00.

Edward F. Barnes, of Pleasant View

the above improvements be changed
to $2,000.00 and the county clerk is
hereby instructed to change the tax
list in accordance with the above
figures.

respective districts on such bridges as
are unsafe for public travel. No one
job to cost to exceed $200.

ployed a ninth grade teacher, and
wish to use the money for general
purposes.

some excavating be made at the

the road washed away be protected
with brush and dirt dyke.
