mortgage was given for the purpose
of securing a real estate bond for Two
Thousand Eight Hundred and no-100
($2800.00) Dollars due November 30,
1912 and bearing interest at the rate
of Six per cent per annum from date
together with five interest coupons
thereto attached, each in the sum of
One Hundred Sixty Eight and no-100
($168.00) Dollars bearing interest at
the rate of Six per cent after due;
that only one of said coupons has been
paid.
Affiant alleges that on the 12th day
of August, 1908, for a valuable con
sideration plaintiffs purchased said
real estate bond, interest coupons
thereto attached and said mortgage
securing the same that they are now
the owners; that they have paid the
taxes on said premises for the years
1907 to 1913 inclusive to protect their
lien as holders of said uescribed mort
gage; and that there is due on the
same and the indebtedness thereby
secured the sum of $4,949.48.
You are required to answer said
Setition on or before the 7th day of
