Mr, Chairman:—I move that claims
Nos. 824, 826 and 826 of the Western
Bridge and Construction company,
tiled on May 7, 1013, amounting to
•4403 80, for bridge material furnished
per oontract, be, and the same hereby
are allowed In the Bum of $4439.80, and
that the sum of $3000.00 allowed the
Western Bridge and Construction com
pany on account, as per claim No. 333
for $3000.00, allowed on account on
Deo. 13,1012, and paid by warrant No.
1, dated December 13, 1913, daawn on
Special Emergency Bridge Fund of
1013, be deducted from the amount of
the above claim. And the county
clerk Is hereby Instructed to Issue a
warrant on the Special Emergency
Bridge Fund of 1913 for the balance of
•1439.80 due the Western Bridge and
Construction company on the above
claim after deducting the said $3000.00
from the amount of the above claims.
