on a judgment obtained before W. H.
VVestover, Judge of the District Court
of Holt county, Nebraska, on the 2nd
day of June 1910 In favor of Charles
F. Miller as plaintiff, and against Hen
ry W. Tomlinson, Lucy Tomlinson bis
wife, James Mullen and the Bazelman
Lumber company as defendant, for
the sura of two thousand live hundred
eighty live dollars and ninety nine
cents, with interest at seven per cent
and a further sum of seven hundred
fifty five and CO 100 due cross-petition
er, James Mullen, with interest at
eight per cent, and the further sum of
four hundred three and 50-100 dollars
due cross petitioner, the Bazelman
Lumber company with Interest at 10
per cent and costs taxed at 339.10 and
accruing costs, I have levied upon the
following Real estate taken as the
property of said defendant, to satisfy
saldorderof sale to wit: The south
half of section thirty-three (33) in
Township thirty-one (31), north of
range nine (9), west of the sixth prin
cipal meridian, in Holt County Ne
braska.
And will offer the same for sale to
