"One never gets too old to learn.”
This fact has become apparent this
winter, while the grippe was making
its annual calls, many had the grippe
some two or three times during the
winter, while a few did not have it at
all. Being naturally of a curious dis
position, the writer instituted a few
inquiries into the matter, we found
that those tha/did not get the grippe
were from their calling, kept out of
doors much of the time during the
day, and that they took further pre
caution of letting plenty of fresh air
into their sleeping apartments during
the night, there you have a simple
but effective remedy for the grippe,
and it is free to everyone. Many will
no doubt, laugh at the idea of keeping
the window raised a few inches at
night during the coldest weather, but
if you use more covers, you will not
suffer from the cold, and the fresh air
which is natures greatest boon to man
will greatly benefit you, and brace up
your faggiag energies. Raise your
window from four to six inches, draw
tne shade and go to sleep, my word for
it, you will get up in the morning feel
ing better than you usually do.
Are you frequently hoarse? Do you
have that annoying tickling in your
throat? Does your cough annoy you at
night, and do you raise mucus in the
morning? Do you want relief? If so,
take Chamberlain's Cough Remedy
an d you will be pleased. Sold by all
dealers. ;
