McDermid who will play the title role in Bill is not a stranger to the theatre goers of O’Neill. Having played here several times, his last visit was last Summer with Elvin Strong Co. You will remember him as Tommy Swift in Thorns and Orange Blossoms and Uncle Obediah in A Prince of Liars. Mr. McDermid has made many friends in O’Neill, so come out and welcome him with a packed house on next Saturday night. George Reeves, who returned from Omaha, where he has been in the hos pital, is able to be around on crutches, his many friends hope he will soon be well again. Earl, the little son of Wm. Goree Is ill, this week with lagrippe. Courtney Wilcox, the son of E. W., is sick this week. Henry Towler was sick this week with lagrippe. Mrs. D. A. Goree, is in Norfolk this week visiting friends and relatives. Hugh Rittner, returned from Ains worth, this week. Mr. Cleve Rowe, returned from Ainswoath, this week, he has moved his family to their old residence. John Bessie, our efficient blacksmith moved into the Ed Pond residence. Mr. Byron Mossman, and family have moved to the Ralf Clark, resid ence. Mr. Wilson Bittner, had business at Ewing, this week.
