of intention to make final five year
proof, to establish claim to the land
above described, before Register and
Receiver, at O’Neill, Nebraska, on
the 10th day of August, 1909.

Notice is hereby'given that the
creditors of said deceased will meet
the executor of said estate, before me,
county judge of Holt county, Ne
braska, at the county court room in
said county, on the 7th day of August,
1909, on tile 8th day of November, 1909
and on the 7th day of February, 1910,
at 10 o’clock a m , each day, for the
purpose of presenting their claims for
examination, adjustment and allow
ance. Six months are allowed for
creditors to present their claims from
August 7, 1909 and one year for the
executor to sett le said estate from the
7th day of August 1909. After six
months from August 7, 1909, all claims
barred.
