By virtue of an order of sale, direct
ed to me from the clerk of the district
court of Holt county, Nebraska, on a
judgement obtained before the judge
of the district court of Holt county,
Nebraska, on the 23rd day of March,
1908, in favor of The Durland Trust
Company as plaintiff and against
Mary A Cttley, Howell M. Uttley, Ed
mond H. Benedict and J. A Donohue
as defendants, for the sum of Two
hundred fifty-five and 60-100 dollars
($255.60), with interest at the rate of
ten per cent from March 23rd, 1908,
and costs taxed at $22.10 and accruing
costs I have levied upon the following
real estate taken as ;the property of
said defendants, to satisfy said order
of sale: to-wit:
The southeast quarter of section
twenty (20), and the southwest quar
tes of section twenty-nine (29), all in
township twenty-eight (28),north of
range eleven (11),west of the Sixth P.
M. in Holt county, Nebraska, said
sale to be made subject to the princi
pal of said note and mortgage in the
sum of $900.00 with -interest at six
per cent per annum from March 1st,
1908.
And will offer the same for sale to
tlie highest bidder for cash, in hand,
on the 26th day of July, A. D. 1909, in
front of court house in O’Neill, Holt
couaty, Nebraska, at the hour of 10
o’clock a. m. of said day, when and
where due attendance will be given
by the undersigned.
