town of O’Neill, and further alleging that
you claim to be the owners of and to have an
interest iu and to be entitled to the possession
of said real estate, but that you have no in- 1
terest iu said property either in law or equi
ty, and that your claimed interest and title
Is a cloud on plaintiffs title, which ought in
equity to bo removed, and prays in said pe
tition that she be decreed to be the absolute
owner of said real estate and to be entitled

Benedict as plaintiff and against Harriett C.
| Thomas and Mr. Thomas her husband, first
and full name unknown, as defendants, for
(tine sum of one thousand seven hundred and
ecxwenty dollars and costs taxed at $22.65 ana
andaccruiug costs. 1 have levied upon the
following real estate taken as the property of
said defendants to satisfy said orderof sale to
wit:

Land Office. O’Neill, Neb., October 30. 1005. A
sufficient contest affidavit having been filed
in this office by Albert E. G. Fierce, contest
ant. against homestead entry No. 17.360,
made February 16, 1902, for wVi se% el/2 sw'4
section 24, township 20. rauge 11 w, by Peter
J. Nelson, contestee. in which ir, is alleged
that said entryman has failed to maintain
an actual bona fide residence on said land
lor more than six months last past, that said
alleged absence from said land was not due
to his employment tel the army, navy or ma
rine corps of the United States as a private
soldier, officer, se man or marine during the
war with Soain or during any other war in
which the United States might be engaged.
Said parties are hereby notified to appear,
respond and offer evidence touching said al
legation at 10 o’clock a m. on December 15.

The said contestant having, in a proper
affidavit, filed Oct. 30,1905. set forth facts
which show that after due diligence personal

for the construction of a pile and stringer
bride twenty-eight feet long with sixteen
foot roadway across Cache creek, between
sections thirty-four and thirty-live, town
ship twenty-five, range twelve.
Bidders will be required to furnish their
own plans and specifications. All bids to be
sesled and marked. “Proposals for bridge.”
The board of supervisors reserves the right
to reject any or all bids.
