On motion the prayer of Eugene Me- ' Connell asking for a refund of taxes paid on 50 head of cattle be granted, they having been assessed in both Holt and Aniilope counties in 1903, and clerk be instructed to draw a re fund warrant for same and County Treasurer shall cause said tax to be stricken from tax list. A refund of $3 was granted James McShane he having paid same in la bor on road in district No. 20 and also in cash to county treasurer. On application of Joseph Kaplan for appraisal of the NW J of 16-29-15 sup ervisors Biglin, Simar and Skidmore were appointed to appraise the same. The application of Ralph I).
