Badger bridge across the Niobrara river, and
for the putting In of five Ice breaks at said

bridge across the said river near Lynch; and
for the taking out of the stone abuttmrnt In
the bridge, known as the Whiting bridge, on

abuttment and one ice break at that bridge.

piling abuttment at said bridge. Bidders will
be required to furnish their own plans and

each bridge. The bids for the Badger bridge
shall be made with the understanding that
the counties will furninh sixty 3x12 lu. plank
fourteen feet long, otherwise all material to

Pruss each in the sum of fifty dollars
and the clerk instructed to draw war
rants for the amounts from the road
fund and the county surveyor instruct
ed to plat said road on the road book
book and the county clerk to make all
necessary records on the record book
of the county.
