From the Lone Star atate cornea the
following letter, written by W. F. Gass,
editor of the Mt Vernon, (Tex.) Herald:
“I have uaed Chamberlain’a Colic,
Cholera and Diarrhoea Remedy In my
family for the past year, and find it the
beat remedy for colic and diarrhoea that
I hare ever tried. Ita effects are lnatan
taneona and aatisfactory, and I cheer
fully recommend <t, especially for cramp
colio and diarrhoea. Indeed, we shall
try and keep a bottle of it on our
medicine shelf as long as we keep

It often happens that the doctor is out
of town when moat needed. The two
year old daughter of J. T. Schenck, of
Caddo, Ind. Ter., was threatened with
croup. He writes: “My wife instated
that I go for the doctor at once, bnt as
he was out of town, I purchased a bottle
of Chamberlain’a Cough Remedy, which
relieved the child immediately.” A
bottle of that remedy in the house will
often save the expense of a doctor’s bill,
besides the anxiety always occasioned
by serious sickness. When it is giyen
as soon as the croupy cough appears, it
will prevent the attack. Thousands of
mothers always keep it in their homes.

Fill a bottle or common glass with
urine and let it stand twenty-four hours;
a sediment or settling indicates an un
healthy condition of the kidneys.
When urine stains linen it is positive
evidence of kidney trouble. Too fre
quent desire to urinate, or pain in the
back, is also convincing proof that the
kidneys and bladder are out of order.
WHAT TO DO.
There is comfort in the knowledge so
often expressed, that Dr. Kilmer’s
Bwamp Root, the great kidney remedy,
fulfills every wish in relieving pain in
the back, kidneys, liver; bladder, and
every part of the urinary passages. It
corrects inability to held urine and
aoalding pains in passing it, or bad
effects following the use of liquor, wine
or beer, and overcomes that unpleasant
necessity of being compelled to get up
many times during the night to urinate.
The mild and the extraordinary effect
of Swamp Root is soon realised. It
stands the highest for its wonderful
cures of the most destressing casee. If
you need a medicine you should have
the best. Sold by druggists, price fifty
cents and one dollar. Tou may have a
sample bottle and pamphlet both sent
free by mail. Mention Thu Fbomtikr
and aead your address to Dr. Kilmer A
