Atkinson being the strongest republi can precinct in the county it is only $*4' just that she should have republican newspaper representation, and as the disposal of the Graphic has repriyed ;V her of that, the . O’Neill Frontier has assigned this department.of the paper to ' > - her use. It is understood that this department is entirely tot Atkinson, and is to be v ; used for her benefit and advancement just as fully as if published within her limits, and I assure you that should I at any time feel inclined to make any comments on or about. O’Neill, I should <%r' do so as fully as if they were to be pub - lished in an Atkinson paper, although, of course, It is to be hoped that O’Neill will conduct herself in such a way that she will not need any "jacking up."
