D.. 1898: A joint resolution proposing to amend sections two, (8), four (4), anti five (6.) of article six (8) of the Const!* tution of the State of Nebraska, relat ing to number of Judges of the supreme court and their term of office. That section two n proposing gn amendment to the Constitution of the State of Nebraska by adding a new* section to article twelve (13) of — id constitution to be numbered section two (3) relative to .the merging of the government of cities of the metro politan class and the government of the counties wherein such cities are located.
