quifti deaf for some time, but now says
he cannot hear a sound.
Mrs. James A. Titus was given a
pleasant surprise Wednesday. She
was 01 years old on that day and her
neighbors prepared a One dinner and
gathered at her home. She was taken
entirely by susprise not suspecting any
thing until her friends arrived. They
bad an enjoyable time.
Cyrus Minick, who took the examK
nation as a telegraph operator at Wy
