meeting of some of tho members of tho
Merchants' exchange it was unani
mously agreeil to boycott the world's
fair at Paris because of tho Dreyfus
decision. Each member present agreed
not to go or to make any exhibit at
Paris. C. II. Spencer, expresident of
the Merchants' exchange, said: "Tho
Dreyfus decision means that the Paris
exposition will be a failure so far as
America is concerned."
