Actual cash has been collected and paid out for tho construction work to dato to tho amount of $107,042.01. There aro 171,307.43 in warrants which havo been allowed by tho County Commis sioners but which havo not yet been paid aa tho taxcB havo not yot been collected. This amount will bo col lected in taxes under tho ono mill levy which has already been author ized. In addition to tho abovo about $17,000 will bo collected from the ono mill levy already authorized. This means that $175,000 has al ready beon spent on tho building and tho commissioners still will liavo about $20,000 more .to spend when it Is collected.
