RIDES TELESCOPE Dale Mrphy, Donald McCulIough, and several of our brroncho busters, put on excellent rough riding contests at tho ball park last Sunday after noon. Tho main attraction was tho little black mule Telescope, with "Bill" Trego from tho Blrchwood country on his back, and "Bill" ap parently stuck until ho got ready to slide fro the little mule's back. Some say ho rodo him according to tho rulos o tho contest, while othars claim ' it was no ride becauso the rider held with both hands, anyway ho rodo tho animal. Tharo was twb otlior good bucking mules who spilled their riders. Tho fun of the after noon was boys trying to ride calves. Roy Gilman seemed to bo tho champ Ion steer rider, riding a couplo of Uvq" ly animals. The whole affair was tho best of tho kind wo havo had hero this summer.
