dollars for such offenso; provided, tho trial of speed of
horses undor the direction of tho stato society shall include

ing proof with tho state treasurer, of a violation of this
act insldo in'closuro of such fair, tho amount of monoy
appropriated shall bo hold from any monoy appropriated
for tho ensuing year.
Section 3107. (Arrest of Off enders) . Tho Presi
dent of any such socloty, tho marshal, or any pollco of
ficer appointed by tho board, shall bo ompoworcd to ar
rost, or causo to bo arrested, any person or porsons en
gaged in violating nny of tho provisions contained in
Section, 1C of this Chapter, and causo thorn forthwith
to bo taken beforo a JubUco nf tho peace, 'thoro to be
dealt with as provided in said section; and thoy may
seize, or caused to bo seized all intoxicating liquors,
wines or beer of nny kind, with tho vossols containing tho
samo and all toolB or other implements used in any
gambling or other game of chance, and may remove or
causo to bo removed, nil shows, swings, booths, tents,
carriages, wagons, vessels, boats, or any other nuisances
that may obstruct or causo to bo obstructed, by coloctlng
porsons around or othorwlso, any thoroughfaro leading
to tho enclosure in which agricultural fair is to bo hold,
and any porson owning or occupying any of tho caunes
of obstruction horein specified who may rofuso to ro
movo Bivdh obstruction or nuisance, when ordered to do
so by tho President of such socloty shall bo Hablo to
a fine of not loss than five nnd not moro than twenty
dollars for each offenso. '
