braska Farm Bureau federation took
this matter up with Governor Mc
Kelvlo In connection with tho spe
cial Besslon of tho legislature which
lng is a good tlmo to build them. The
modern terraces recommonded by tho
Agricultural Collcgo aro not the steep
bonch-llko affairs that nro found In
China, Japan and other old countries.
