Moss was charged with the murder of Mrs. Lenton but -claimed it was accidental. Tho case was hard fought and somewhat lengthy but was not as sensational as some which have been up in dls trlct court during the pastffow years Judge Towell will pronounce sen tence upon Moss before the term or -court closes.
