FARM SALES
, Merchants are constantly having sales. Thoy clean -jupH
their fall goods with a sale. They dispose of their remaining -spring
and summer goods with a sale. It has proven to be
good business. In the same way, farmers hold sales to get rid of
surplus stock, to unload all kinds of farm property before
moving, to realize on crops and produce and to raise necessary
funds. The banks and auctioneers look after many of the de
tails. The famers look after some of them. It is well to look
sharply at the advertising feature of tho farm sale. Notico
should be placed in the County papors which will reach the
largest number of prospective buyers farmers. In Lincoln
County, tho ScinMVeckly Tribune stands first in number of
subscribers among tho farmers. Our rates are the same as most
of the papers charge. Wo have master printers to set tho ads
men who have become so expert in sale bills that no mis
takes get by them. We look after the form of the bill, correct
any errors in spelling, punctuation and wording. TO THOSE
WHO ADVERTISE WITH US WE EXTEND SPECIAL COUR
TESIES IN PRINTING THE SALE POSTERS. A certain
number out of every hundred are printed on a heavy manilla
paper for out door posting. EXPERIENCE HAS TAUGHT
OUR WORKMEN JUST HOW TO PUT UP THE BEST FORMS
AND OUR PRICES ARE STILL LOWER THAN THOSE USU- ,
' ALLY CHARGED.
Farmers planning a public sale should see us about the
printing.
