asking for the formation of .Drainago
District No. 2 of Lincoln County,
Nebraska, under Artlclo 5, Chapter
19 of tho Rcvlced Statutes of to State
of Nebraska for tho year 1913, tho
title of which appears In tho Revised
Statutes of tho State of .Nebraska for
tho year 1913 as "Drainago Districts
Organized by Vote of Land Owners,"
and the full title of which act as tho
samo appears in Chapter 153 of tho
Session Laws of tho Stato of Nebraska
for tho year 1907 ns follows:
''AN ACT to provide for drainago
districts to drain wet land and land
subject to overflow; and any land
which will bo Improved by drainago;
to build dykes and levees; to construct,
straighten, widen, deepen, or alter any
ditch, drain, stream, or watercourse;
to riprap or otherwlso protect tho
bank of any steam or ditch; to con
struct, enlarge, extend, Improvo or
maintain any drainago system; to
construct, enlargo, extend, improvo or
maintain any system of control of sur"
faco water or running water, and the
rights, obligations, and powers of such
corporations, Including tho power of
eminent domain, tho creation of dobts,
issuing of nogotiablo bonds, and tho
levying of special assessments on such '
real estato and easements therein as
may bo benefited by such public work,
and defining tho duties and ipowers of
public officials;" that tho boundaries
of-said proposed Drainago District No.
2 of Lincoln County, Nebraska, as fixed
by tho Board of Commissioners of
Lincoln County, Nebrfaska; are as fol
