Tlio name of this 'organization shall
bo the Lincoln County Farm Bureau.
ARTICLE II OBJECT
The object ot tills Bureau shall be
community co-operation for the pur
pose of
(1) Systematizing methods of pro
duction and distribution.
(2) Assisting and encouraging co
operative organization for the eco
nomic purchase of farm supplies and
marketing of farm products.
(3) Rendering assistance to farm
ers in securing good seed, fertilizers,
livestock, credit facilities and farm
labor.
(4 Eliminating farm waste such as
losses caused by plant and animal dis
eases, insect pests, idle lands and un
economic systems of marketing.
(55 Increasing the acreage and yield
of food crops common to the locality.
(C) Conducting demonstrations il
lustrative of good agricultural and
housekeeping practices.
(7) Maintaining the health of the
home and of the community.
(8) Assisting the boys and girls
through organized club work to an
understanding of better rural life and
living.
(9) In general, -Syorklng for the
permanent betterment of rural life
through study of the problems of the
men, the women and tho boys and
girls.

shall constitute a unit of the County
Farm Bureau and shall select trom
among the Farm Bureau members re

who will be officially designated Pre
cinct Chairman of the Lincoln County
Farm Bureau.

Precinct shall bo entitled to repre
sentation at the Annual Farm Bureau
meeting by one delegate for every ten
members or major fraction thereof.

SEC. G. Vacancies. All vacancies
shall be filled by tho Exocutlvo Board

ing. SEC. 7. It shall be tho duty of tho
Secretary of this Farm Bureau to keep
on file copies of all contracts exe
cuted, report the same to the annual
meeting of tho Farm Bureau and to
semr copies of such contracts to tho
Extension Service, Collego of Agri
culture, Lincoln, N'ebr. IIo shnll keep
tho minutes of all meetings nnd per
form such other work as is usually in

any organization.
SEC. 8.- Tho Treasurer of the Farm
Bureau shall receive and dlsburso all
funds on the ordor of tho Secretary,
countersigned by tho President of tho
Farm Bureau unless other arrange
ments have beon mado and approved
by tho Executive Board. Ho shall
make a report to the Farm Bureau at
its regular annual meeting . Tho
Board may call for a report at any
