Tho (lower girls, little Nancy Mitchell and Virginia Scott, wearing pink georgette drosses and carrying baskets of pink and lavender sweet pens, were followed by, tho bride's at tendants, Misses Mario Pettlt, Maymo Plzer, Mildred Bowers, Constance Ly ford, Virginia Billiard and Mrs. E. L Ford. They wore gowned In pink tnll'ota with hats of silver not and pink forgot-mo-nots and carried shower bo quets of pink und lavender sweet peas. Mrs. John S. Slinms, sister of the bride, was matron of honor and was gowned in pink taffeta with cream French lace. Sho woro a hat of silver net and pink and lavender chiffon with streamers of silver and lavender and carried a shower boquot of pink and lavender sweet peas. Allcleruth Simms carried tho ring In a largo pink rose. The bride entered on tliv arm of hor father. Sho was gowned in brldoT! satin with trimming of silver em broidered georgetto. A spray of or- nngo blossoms was caught In at tho bodice and her harem veil was hold In place by a wreath of orange blossoms Tho court train of whitie chiffon wns lined with shell pink and embroidered In silver. Sho carried a shower bo quet of pink and lavender sweet peas. Immediately following tho ceromany Miss Esther Antonldes sang the bene diction, Miss MacKay rendored tho Mendelsohn wedding march as a ro aasslonal and Miss Antonldes sang Barcarolle from the Tales of Hoff man. A reception was held In the church parlors which had been decorated with smilax and ferns and .baskets of pink and white sweet peas. After completing his studios at the university Mr. Day entered tho em ploy of the Continental Oil Co. as a geologist and was assigned to ser vice In Wyoming. Whon war was de clared ho enlisted in tho radio ser vice and for some tlmo was Instructor in radio at tho University of Now York.
