When tho dinner Is completed, which will be shortly boforo one o'clock, the boys, headed by the band, will proceed to tho grandstand, and accompanied by tho guest of his pref eronce, will bo escorted to the section of tho stand which has beon reserved, for them nnd which will bo decorated with national colors. Hero each boy and his guest may enjoy the pleasure of tho auto races which promlso to bo moro exciting than at any previous auto meet by reason of tho large num bor of fast men who have entered. In tho evening tho Sammy Girls will glvo the soldiers nnd sailors a fr'?e open air dance. A big platform 75x100 feet will bo erected at the north end of Dewey stroet and music will bo furnished by ah orchestra of twenty pieces under the direction of Earl Stamp.
